This was a solid choice for an unexpected overnight near Heathrow. The room was clean, quiet, and refreshingly cool despite the summer weather, while the bathroom felt updated and well maintained. The grab-and-go market near reception was surprisingly well stocked. Service was polite but a bit scripted, though the pub served a satisfying meal and breakfast had an impressive variety before the morning rush.

Stayed a few times, love the president suite and juniour suite. As it provided more value especially when iv been grandchildren who loved being in presidential room and junior rooms. Normal rooms ok. Breakfast was good. No pool, but a gym, no business centre. Staff friendly, their main contract is Emrites Airlines who do get gold star treatment. The staff have always been pleasant to myself and family.

This hotel and the staff were wonderful! We stayed in an executive suite. The pull out bed was made up and ready to go for our daughter. The beds were SO comfortable. The breakfast and nightly appetizers were amazing. It was further from London than I realized, but very close to the station so travel was still easy.

Good hotel I'm a useful location. Plenty of parking. Spacious rooms and the bathroom actually had a bath, which is a rarity these days. A coffee machine would have been nice, rather than the awful Nescafe sachets. Food in the reswas good- had breaded lunch there every day. Easy access from M4.
