About Travelodge Langley

Free on-site parking, offered on a first-come, first-served basis, is one of the main draws at Travelodge Langley, a straightforward 57-room hotel on London Road in Slough. Spread across two floors, it's built for practicality rather than fuss, with easy access to the M4 near junction 5 and Heathrow, making it a sensible stopover for early flights or trips into London.

Rooms are en-suite, with drinks available in-room and accessible options for those who need them. Reception operates around the clock, and there's a restaurant on site along with an electric vehicle charge point in the car park. Some rooms show their age and a few guests have noted issues with maintenance and security, so it's worth bearing in mind if you're particular about polish rather than just a bed for the night.

A pizza eatery sits nearby for a quick meal, and there's a pub and bar within reach for the evening, plus other entertainment close by. Pets are welcome, which suits those travelling with animals in tow. It's a no-frills base that works well for anyone needing to be near the motorway or airport without paying over the odds.

I am not someone who is picky and this room was great for what I was looking for. A cheap twin room that is not far from Thorpe Park. The room had a comfy bed, shower and TV with hdmi sockets which i was able to use my Switch 2 on. The price was 74 pound a night so as I was going with one person mid week it worked out arund 37 pounds which you csnt go wrong with. The bathroom came with shower gel which was great as i forgot to bring my own. Staff were fine, have no faults with them. Location is close to where we wanted to go and London airports. The only reason i cant give it a 5 is because its outdated. If you are going somewhere to crash its great! But if i were staying here for a longer period of time Its worth staying somewhere more nicer if I am honest. The room also only had 1 spare pillow so having 2 spares in total would have been great as we both kind of needed 2 each. Their was a toby carvery basiclly next door so we went their for dinner and breakfast. Overall it served the purpose we were looking for. I would consider returning if I need to go to a London airport or thorpe park

Security poor as reception area door open as was wall cupboard that looked like the storage of keys . No person around while I waited to get refreshment supplies so anyone could have come in and taken anything like access to rooms etc. I would have expected big improvements since the key given to a man who said he was a girls boyfriend who had booked to stay there. Other days similar happening but staff in an office across from reception. ? How much attention to reception area again I am unsure but door left open to reception area. Why wasn’t reception door closed. Did not feel safe at all in this hotel and pleased I hadn’t booked as single occupancy. Did not sleep well ?? Due to security or possibility bed and pillows as they were not very comfortable .Although very convenient for buses to London Heathrow and Queen Elizabeth line will not be using this one ever again.

Walked in to a stench of cannabis, just basic mumbles from the front of house member of staff. Got to our room which was made up for 4 of us. Very basic but we were expecting that. Bathroom was clean however our children discovered 3 half empty bottles of water, an empty fizzy drink can, a piece of chicken a toy ball a plaster and a tissue under the beds. Disgusting. Left everything in situ, and as the front of house staff member had not been overly welcoming, we decided to just leave it, have dinner at the Toby carvery and reported it when left in the morning. Unfortunately, when I told a different member of staff this morning, she asked why I didn't report it (quite accusatory) and then proceeded to tell me, that she checked the room herself yesterday and it wasn't like that. I told her that the reason I'm reporting it is because we did not want to be blamed - which is sadly what her statement intimated. Unfortunately whilst we understand travelodge is a budget basic hotel, I wish I'd spent the little extra for the better quality of Premier Inn.

My experience was severely spoiled by a commotion throughout the first night of my stay, Friday 13th March, which after several hours of noisy disruption was eventually brought under control at 7 am of Saturday 14th by intervention of the police. My room was immediately adjacent to one of the two rooms between which the loudly exuberant all night revellers circulated. The manager said that I could expect to receive an E voucher by way of compensation, which would be acceptable if fulfilled.
