What visitors say
Really enjoy the fitness classes at this gym especially HIIT. The swimming facilities and sauna are also great. Most importantly there is a hugely friendly community feeling across customers and staff alike which means that whatever level you are at you will find an activity to suit. Since Anya started cleaning the facilities have never been cleaner and fresher which makes a real difference too!

KIM is amazing. She teaches my little girl swimming and she really works hard on the children and shes always so friendly and so nice. My daughter looks forward to seeing her and that's so important for kids. Also May by pool side shes goes out of her way to do the best for the kids wonderful girl she is. Staff are all amazing at Leytonstone they have the best friendly welcoming staff they all make you feel amazing. Keep up the hard work. Thank you the staff should be awarded for their excellent customer service. I would put everyone's names but the list would be too long. Gori, Sercan, Elaine, Richard, Chris, Dhillion, Sam manager list goes on...

I had been to softplay session for my kids and i must say it was super clean and a happy place for kids specially when the weather is bad outside and the k8ds need to burn that energy, I was served by "Tash" and she was super helpful, even went out of her way to help me feel welcomed the 5 is specially because of her,my kids love it here.

Absolutely shocking experience at Leytonstone Leisure Centre soft play. I paid £22 for a one-hour session for my kids, arrived on time, and after only 15 minutes another group came in telling us to leave because they had booked the area privately. Completely unacceptable and badly organised. The staff were no help at all. Instead of managing the situation properly, they allowed customers to argue between themselves while families and children were left confused and stressed. Me and my wife came expecting a fun hour with our kids, but it turned into one of the worst family experiences we’ve had at a leisure centre. How can the centre sell private bookings and public sessions at the same time without properly separating them or informing customers? This is pure mismanagement. Customers should not be put in embarrassing confrontations because the centre cannot organise its bookings correctly. Very disappointing service, poor communication, and zero customer care. Families pay good money to relax and enjoy time with their children not to be humiliated and stressed out, I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they fix their booking system and train their staff properly.
