Burton Row – East Cottage sits in a Somerset village within easy reach of the coast. The single bedroom has a king bed and its own ensuite with bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs, an open-plan living space combines a sitting area with woodburner, dining space and kitchen. A Juliet balcony overlooks the enclosed private garden, where there's furniture for sitting out. The cottage is its own property, with parking for one car.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking – electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee machine are all here. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There's a welcome pack on arrival. A public footpath runs next to the property, leading to Brent Knoll, a National Trust area popular with walkers. The Somerset coast is 3 miles away; a pub and restaurant are half a mile from the door. Wells with its cathedral is nearby, as are Glastonbury, Cheddar Gorge and the shops of Bristol and Bath, all within an hour. Children under 12 are not accommodated, and smoking is not permitted inside.
