The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms: one double on the first floor, one with twin singles also upstairs. There is one bathroom with a bath, plus a separate ground-floor toilet. The living room has a woodburner and Freeview TV; the dining room connects to a kitchen equipped for proper cooking with an electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. Wifi, bed linen and towels are provided. Heating is by electric storage heaters and convector heaters; logs for the woodburner are available locally. You have parking for one car on site and an enclosed garden.

The property suits couples or families wanting a base for exploring the Quantocks, Brendon Hills and Exmoor. Note that the cottage has open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs. No smoking please.
