Wagtails

Wagtails is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage sleeping five, designed with dogs in mind but equally suited to families wanting a rural Somerset break. The property sits between woodland and open countryside, a short distance from the village of Langford Budville, with a completely fenced garden and private parking for four cars. A utility room stocks washing machine, tumble dryer, poo bags, treats and toys; outside is a dedicated dog shower. The hot tub accommodates four and is yours alone to use.

Downstairs holds the living room with a 50-inch smart TV and electric fire, a dining room opening onto the garden, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with separate freezer. Bedroom one has zip-and-link single beds (convertible to a super kingsize if you ask), plus a day bed; the family bathroom has both bath and shower cubicle. Upstairs, bedroom two is a kingsize with its own ensuite shower. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with heating and electricity.

The garden is large and lawned with a patio, garden furniture and barbecue; a shared play area with swings and slides is nearby. Cot, highchair and stairgate are available for younger children. No smoking indoors. Dogs are welcome and stay free of charge.
