Pete’s Place

Somerset's coast and countryside lie within easy reach of Pete's Place. Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, and Glastonbury are all manageable drives, while Exmoor National Park and the Quantock Hills draw walkers and cyclists. Bishops Lydeard itself is a quiet village base from which to explore the region's attractions.

The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms: a king and a double. Downstairs, a living room with smart TV and electric woodburner opens to a dining room centred on a hand-carved fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer. A separate toilet and upstairs bathroom with bath and shower complete the layout. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; a welcome pack arrives on arrival.

Outside, an enclosed garden wraps around the property with patio seating and a barbecue. The private hot tub accommodates four. Bike storage is available for those wanting to explore on two wheels. One dog is welcome to stay free. Note that the garden has two steps and there is no smoking inside the cottage.
