Coach House sits within the grounds of a historic estate near Troon, offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to four guests. The building is yours alone, with a courtyard setting and lawned front garden where you can sit out. Parking for two cars is on site. One pet stays free of charge.
Downstairs is an open-plan living space with a log fire, dining area and kitchen equipped for cooking – electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine are all here. There's a separate toilet. Upstairs, both bedrooms have zip-and-link super king beds (which can be split into singles on request) and ensuite shower rooms with heated towel rails. Oil underfloor heating keeps the cottage warm; bed linen, towels, wifi and initial fuel for the log burner are included.
The 113-acre grounds have woodland walks, a pond and river (200 yards away) with fishing available. Troon itself is within reach, as is the Ayrshire coast with its beaches and villages. The Swan Restaurant is among nearby dining options. No smoking throughout.
