Corner Cottage comes ready for immediate use. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook properly or travel light. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. There's an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue, bike storage, and parking on the road outside.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs is open-plan living and dining with a smart TV and Freesat, plus the kitchen. Upstairs holds a bedroom with a king bed, another with two singles, and a shower room with walk-in shower. The property sleeps four and welcomes one pet free of charge. No smoking indoors.

Ainslie Park sits a minute's walk from Girvan's sandy beach, with views across the water to Ailsa Craig and Arran. The town has shops, restaurants, a leisure centre with pool, golf course and harbour. The Ayrshire Coastal Path runs through here—over a hundred miles of walking with red squirrels, deer, otters and seals. Turnberry golf resort is five minutes by car, and Culzean Castle with its clifftop gardens another short drive beyond that.
