The Penthouse sits on the third floor of a building yards from Troon's promenade and sandy beach. It's a four-sleeper with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen for self-catering, and a private roof terrace with outdoor seating and sea views. One car can park on site. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge.
The master bedroom has a king bed, patio doors opening onto the terrace, and an ensuite shower. The second bedroom contains two single beds. The living area is open plan, with a woodburner for cooler evenings, television, and access to the terrace. Essentials including bed linen, towels, electricity and wi-fi are covered. Smoking is not permitted inside.
Troon has shops, pubs and restaurants within a minute's walk. The Ayrshire Coastal Path runs through town, offering easy access to the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae by ferry. Glasgow is 40 minutes away by road, Edinburgh 45 minutes beyond that. Royal Troon golf course and the town's marina are also nearby if these interest you.
