Sandilands

Sandilands is a four-bedroom house in Troon, on the Ayrshire coast near St. Ninian's Scottish Episcopal Church. The property comes ready to use: bed linen and towels are provided, along with wi-fi and electricity. Everything you need for self-catering is here—the kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The heating runs on gas central heating. You get a lounge with a Freeview Smart TV and a separate dining room, plus parking for two cars on site.

The ground floor holds a double bedroom (4ft 6in) and the main bathroom, which has a bath, shower cubicle and separate toilet. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: another double (4ft 6in), a single (3ft), and a single (3ft) with a pull-out single bed. The back garden has a sitting area with furniture. Troon itself offers a beach for walks and swimming, a marina with restaurants and shops, and several golf courses nearby. The town is reasonably compact and pedestrian-friendly. No smoking inside the property.
