Piersland Mews

Troon sits on the Ayrshire coast between long sandy beaches and some of Scotland's finest golf courses. The town faces the Firth of Clyde and Isle of Arran, with the Ayrshire Coastal Path running through it for walking and exploring. Royal Troon Golf Club is adjacent to the property, and several other courses are nearby. South Beach offers views across the water, while North Shore suits rock pooling and coastal exploration. The working harbour supplies fresh seafood to local restaurants, and the town centre has shops, cafés and bars.

Piersland Mews is a converted stable block on one level, sleeping four in two bedrooms, each with two double beds. One bedroom has an ensuite toilet; the other uses the shower room with its large double shower. The living and dining area opens onto a private garden through a picture window, with patio and furniture outside. The kitchen is equipped for cooking properly—electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, air fryer and all the rest. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are included, plus wi-fi. There is parking for one car in front of the property, with further parking on the road. No smoking inside.
