Kingsbridge sits within reach of some of Devon's best days out—Dartmoor National Park, South Hams beaches, and the riverside towns of Dartmouth, Salcombe and Totnes are all drivable. Fern Lodge occupies an end-of-terrace spot on a 14-acre family-owned estate, where guests have use of indoor and outdoor pools, a shared hot tub, and a tennis court. A rooftop terrace faces out toward Dartmoor.

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep four people. The property has an enclosed garden with a barbecue and an electric car charging point. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. A cot and highchair are available, making it workable for families with babies, though the accommodation suits couples equally well. No smoking indoors.
