Lukesland Farm Cottage

Lukesland Farm Cottage sits on the southern flank of Dartmoor, surrounded by open moorland and working agricultural land. The location puts you minutes from the moor itself, with the Two Moors Way within a quarter-mile for serious walkers, while the coast lies just eight miles south. Ivybridge is nearby for supplies, and a pub stands within a mile.

The cottage is a self-contained wing with two bedrooms—one double, one with two singles—and a bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs, a living room with woodburner and a kitchen/dining room give you space to spread out. All bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, along with heating. You have private parking for two cars and use of a shared garden with furniture. The property draws its water from a spring, and a stream runs through the grounds.

This works well for couples or families wanting serious outdoor space: walking, bird watching and mountain biking are on the doorstep. If you want to venture further, Plymouth and its attractions are ten miles away, and the Eden Project lies on a possible route south. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
