Oak Cottage

Oak Cottage is a five-bedroom house sleeping ten in South Devon's South Hams, with enough equipment to run a small hotel. The kitchen has two fridge-freezers, a dishwasher, electric cooker with induction hob, microwave and coffee machine. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Two living spaces include one with a Smart TV and another with a PlayStation 4, snooker table and table tennis. Three bathrooms are distributed across the property, all with heated towel rails. Electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi are included.

Bedrooms split across the first floor: one zip-and-link super-king (convertible to two singles), two kingsize doubles, one bunk bed for children, and one with two single beds. Ground floor also has a shower room. The grounds have a patio, sitting-out area, garden furniture and a barbecue; there's also a children's play area. Parking is provided for two cars on site. One pet stays free. The property is no-smoking and is not available for hen or stag parties. The grounds include ponds.
