Otter Cottage

Otter Cottage accommodates eight people across four bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it suitable for two families travelling together or a group of friends. The ground floor holds a kitchen with full cooking facilities, a separate dining area, and a living room with television. Upstairs are the sleeping quarters: a kingsize with ensuite shower, a double with ensuite, two single beds in one room, and a bunk bed room, with a family bathroom serving the upper floors.

The cottage sits within a shared courtyard and 1.5-acre grounds with a barbecue area, gravelled sitting space, and parking for two cars on site. There are ponds in the grounds. One dog is welcome to stay free of charge, though it must be kept on a lead. The essentials are covered—electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. There's no smoking inside.

Slapton Sands is three miles away, and the nearby nature reserve at Slapton Ley offers walking and birdwatching. The setting suits families wanting a quieter base in South Devon, with space for children to move about and garden areas for relaxation.
