Rosebank Lodge

Rosebank Lodge sits in Stoke Gabriel, a village on the River Dart in South Hams. The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms – one king-size and one twin that can be joined into a super-king on request – plus a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Downstairs there is a lounge with a wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area, and a separate WC. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is set up for proper self-catering, and there is garden space outside for warmer days. The village has a shop and post office on the doorstep, a handful of pubs and restaurants within walking distance, and the coast is less than a mile away. The River Dart itself is accessible for kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding, or simply to watch the water and wildlife pass. Stoke Gabriel suits families wanting a quiet base with easy reach of both the river and the sea, and the larger towns of Totnes and Dartmouth are nearby if you want to venture further. No smoking in the property.
