Sandridge Boathouse is a magical and unique holiday home in one of the most secluded and romantic riverside settings in south Devon. The house sleeps four people in one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom. There is also a ground floor shower room. The living space is open plan with a wood burning stove and full height folding doors. Outside is a wrap around balcony, with table and chairs overlooking the Dart. On the banks of the river, yet within a short drive of many attractions, The Boathouse will ensure you have a truly unforgettable holiday. Two bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double with en suite bathroom and French windows to balcony, 1 x pretty twin. Open plan living area with sitting area with wood burning stove, kitchen and dining area with floor-to-ceiling French windows opening to the balcony. Ground floor shower-room with shower, basin and WC.

Electric fires with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for one car. Barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Arrival before 3:30pm in winter. Don't forget your torch - and binoculars! Note: Starter pack provided for the wood burning stove, any additional loads have a £5 charge to be paid directly to the owner.
