The Courtlands Collection

The Courtlands Collection comprises three converted barns on the grounds of Courtlands Manor Estate, a 13th-century property in South Hams. Woodcock, Quail and Partridge are self-contained cottages that can be booked individually or together to accommodate groups of up to 14 people. Each has its own kitchen, living spaces and bathrooms, with parking on site for six cars.

Woodcock has two bedrooms, Quail has three, and Partridge has three as well, each with their own mix of bed types. All are equipped with kitchens for self-catering, and the essentials like linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided. The cottages sit within the estate's grounds, where there are gardens and outdoor furniture for guests to use. Non-smokers only. One well-behaved pet per property is welcome.

The estate itself is set back from the road and feels secluded, typical of rural South Hams—the sort of place where families find genuine peace. The surrounding countryside is quiet, and the properties work equally well for group holidays or as interconnected homes for extended families who want their own space but prefer to stay together.
