Fletland Holiday Hamlet - Fletland Mill

Fletland Mill works well for families wanting space to spread out, groups of friends, or couples after a quieter retreat. The conversion spans four storeys with four bedrooms—a kingsize with sofa bed on the ground floor, two further doubles, a pair of singles, and a galleried kingsize with flexible sleeping on the top floor—alongside three bathrooms. The ground and first floors open into each other, with a living area and dining space flowing through to a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and the rest. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

The setting is the main draw. The mill sits on grounds running down to the River Glen, with an enclosed 8-acre meadow across the water and a private riverside walk. You get a patio overlooking the fields, seating by the millpond, and access to an orchard area with a barbecue. Dogs have an enclosed run to themselves. There's an on-site tennis court (by arrangement) and fishing if you hold a licence; electric car charging and parking for five vehicles on the property. One dog stays free. The hamlet is nine miles from Stamford. Guests should be aware that the millpond and river are a few yards from the house.
