Lake Lodge

Lake Lodge is a single-storey property on the edge of Tallington Lakes, designed so everything happens on one level. You arrive at a modest entrance and step straight into an open-plan living space—kitchen, dining and sitting area all flowing together, with patio doors onto a decking area where you can sit outside. The bedroom holds a king-size bed and has an ensuite shower; there is also a separate bathroom with a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and essentials like bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are included.

The grounds contain a private hot tub for two and garden furniture. You have parking for two cars. The property does not permit smoking, and is not suitable for children or babies. A camera doorbell is fitted at the entrance.

Tallington Lakes lies in rural Lincolnshire between Stamford—a market town known for its stone architecture and independent shops—and Rutland Water. The immediate area offers walking trails, fishing and water sports on the lakes themselves. Wider attractions include stately homes, traditional pubs and farm shops across the region, plus birdwatching opportunities at Rutland Water. Stamford is a short drive away if you want restaurants and local history.
