Lakeside Lodge

Lakeside Lodge works well for couples or small families wanting a private base with water access. The entire ground-floor property is yours alone, with two bedrooms—one kingsize with ensuite bath and shower, one with twin singles and ensuite shower—and a open-plan living space that flows onto decking. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals, and there's a wood-burner for cooler evenings, along with air conditioning and central heating to manage the temperature either way.

What makes this place different is the hot tub for four and the private jetty at the bottom of the grounds. You're situated on Tallington Lakes Leisure Park, where the water itself hosts sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and other activities, though fishing is not permitted here. The wider estate also has a dry ski slope and climbing wall if you want to venture beyond the lodge. Stamford is a short drive away for Georgian architecture and independent shops; Peterborough slightly further for bigger-town facilities. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. The lodge is non-smoking.
