Swallow is a ground-floor lodge on a countryside retreat with three fishing lakes. The open-plan living space has a smart TV and French doors opening to a garden with patio and seating area. The kitchen comes with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook as much or as little as you want. Two bedrooms sleep four: one double and one with twin singles. The shower room has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with a welcome pack.
The property's main draw is the hot tub for four in the enclosed back garden. Coarse fishing is available on-site across the three lakes at £20 per day. The grounds also have good walks and cycle routes nearby. Grantham, 7 miles away, has restaurants, pubs, shops and a mainline station to London. A shop, pub and restaurant are 2½ miles from the lodge. Parking for two cars is provided. The property is non-smoking. Arrive after 15:00, depart before 10:00.
