The Warren

The Warren is a substantial riverside property within Fletland Holiday Hamlet, a collection of holiday homes set across 3 acres beside the River Glen. The main building contains three double bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across ground and first floors, with the ground floor arranged as open-plan living space that opens onto your own patio overlooking the water. One bedroom has an ensuite with walk-in shower; the others share a family bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

The grounds are substantial enough that you'll want to explore them. There's a lawned garden with patio and sitting-out area immediately by the house, plus access to 8 further acres across the river with a riverside walk exclusive to residents. An enclosed dog run sits within the grounds for pets to exercise off-lead; one small dog is welcome to stay free. Tennis court use is available by arrangement, and fishing is possible on-site with a licence. Electric car charging is provided, and there's parking for three vehicles.

Stamford is 9 miles away; Peterborough is 11 miles. The surrounding area has country pubs, tea rooms and good walking and cycling routes from the property. There is an unfenced lake 2 metres from the house. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. No smoking.
