Great Yarmouth's sandy beaches and the Norfolk Broads are within driving distance, along with Somerleyton Hall, Pettitts Animal Adventure Park, Pleasurewood Hills, Africa Alive and Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens. Norwich's cathedral, castle and markets are also reachable by car. The lodge itself sits in Caldecott Hall Country Park, where an 18-hole golf course, gym, steam room and a 13-metre heated indoor pool are shared facilities available to guests.

Benji is a single-storey property that sleeps eight across three bedrooms: one double and two pairs of single beds. Two bathrooms serve the accommodation. The open-plan ground floor has a living area with smart TV and gas fire, a dining space and a kitchen equipped for cooking. Essentials including heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered. A hot tub for six is shared with other properties on the park. The lodge opens onto a front garden with seating and furniture. Note that there are three steps to the entrance and an unfenced lake within the grounds. No smoking is permitted.
