Reed View

Reed View sits in a shepherd's hut alongside the River Waveney and marshland near Norwich. The single open-plan space contains a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a living area with smart TV, a kitchen with electric hob and microwave, and a shower room. Everything you need for a short break is provided: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi. Parking for two cars is on site.

The hut opens onto an enclosed front garden with a terrace and seating. An external shower block with washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated, shared with other guests) is available if needed. The location suits anyone interested in river and marsh wildlife—the area attracts marsh harriers, red kites, dragonflies and, occasionally, otters and deer. A village pub is within walking distance. The river and four garden steps are unfenced, so care is needed. No smoking inside.
