Pettingalls Farm Cottage

Pettingalls Farm Cottage is a single-storey property on the edge of South Norfolk, reached via a rough farm track. Everything happens on one level: an open-plan living and dining space with woodburner and French doors to the garden, a kitchen with electric oven and hob, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with roll-top bath and separate toilet. The essentials are covered—heating, electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with initial logs for the fire and a welcome pack.

The cottage comes with half an acre of lawned garden, garden furniture and a BBQ, plus parking for one car and a bike store. It's a no-smoking property. Two people can stay here completely to themselves in countryside that attracts birds and wildlife; walking straight out from the French doors is straightforward. The nearest towns and villages, with their pubs and restaurants, are a short drive away.
