Myself and my wife Just had a overnight stay here and it was lovely. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We had breakfast included which is served at the Clifton next door and it was very nice and the staff are great. Comfy stays is situated on a Main Street surrounded by loads of restaurants and take aways so you can take your pick at what you fancy. We will definitely stay here again.

Got into the room late at night and on first glance it seemed nice (a bit small) however in the morning, as I moved the sheets to make the bed, I noticed sizeable flecks of staining (what appeared to be vomit) on the bedsheets, which completely horrified me. Have mentioned to management and been offered a free night but not terribly helpful as I live 400 miles away, wouldn't stay here again.

Arrived on Saturday had to pay upfront afore even seeing our rooms got back at bk 8 chapped house keepers door for my key she was very rude told me key was in door on entering my room number 1 a have never seen a more dirtier room in all my life mould all round the skirting boards it was vile so would not recommend this place to my worst enemy 😫

Walked in and walked straight back out and drove back to stoke £60 per night for that I'd want them pay me
