The property spreads across two floors and accommodates five: three bedrooms upstairs include a king, a twin, and a single with desk, while downstairs you get a family bathroom, an open-plan living area that flows into a conservatory, and a kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and everything you need to cook properly. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. A second bathroom upstairs has a toilet and basin.

The house sits in South Shields with a patio and garden at the back. You're under ten minutes on foot from the beach and Ocean Road's shops, cafés and amusements; the nearest pub is a tenth of a mile away and the train station 0.4 miles. Arbeia Roman Fort, Tynemouth Castle and the aquarium are all within reach. Street parking is outside. One pet is allowed. No smoking.
