About The Regents Guest House
Travellers wanting a calm, no-fuss base rather than a lively family hotel will find The Regents Guest House a sensible fit. Breakfast is served on-site, and there's a garden with outdoor seating for guests who want to sit outside, along with free on-site parking and an electric vehicle charge point for those travelling by car.

Really nice and cosy guest house. The bedroom was good, the bed was really comfortable and everything was spotless. Even the towels and bedsheets smelled really nice. The staff is very helpful and kind. The breakfast was really good and there were different options, including gluten free. I would go back if they weren’t closing in the end of October.

Lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing and received promptly. Really impressed by the clean and modern decor in both the bedroom and bathroom. Lots of little touches in our room that showed the owners really care. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay again soon!

Had a very good overnight stay, the room was a good size, the bathroom was on the small size but had everything you needed and the shower cubicle was also a decent size. There where two windows that overlooked the garden it was the smoking area but we had no smell of smoke. The only negative was the bath towels were small would have preferred a bath sheet as I'm not a size 8/10/12. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it. The only reason the location only got 3 stars is because we were visiting the Mayflower Theatre and it was a bit far away but that said if we're ever in the area again we would stay again and if you're going on a cruise it's an ideal situation for a pre cruise overnight stay.

Clean n fresh rooms. Close for cruise terminal, a great stop over til boarding ship. Breakfast great, service good. Parking is mostly on street as its limited at hotel. Only thing was the smell of cooking oil thro the place. Other than that was great place to stay. High St up the road too for eating n drinking
