Flat 1

Flat 1 is a first-floor apartment in central Southampton with everything needed for independent holidays. Two bedrooms contain a zip-and-link double (convertible to singles), a single bed, and another zip-and-link kingsize bed (also convertible). A sofa bed in the open-plan living area means the flat sleeps up to seven. Electricity, gas central heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; one car space is provided on site.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, so cooking and laundry are straightforward. A shower room with cubicle and toilet completes the essentials. The living space has Freeview TV. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed. Smoking is not permitted in the flat.

The city centre location puts shops, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance—West Quay shopping centre is ten minutes on foot, and the Mayflower Theatre eight minutes. Southampton's maritime heritage draws visitors to the SeaCity Museum and annual boat show. The train station is 13 minutes' walk away, and ferry services to the Isle of Wight are nearby. The beach is roughly three miles distant.
