What visitors say
For £38 a night you don't get much ok toilets and showers a short walk from the site. You need key card to enter but they are always unlocked so anyone can use so not very safe. Basic washing facilities and no were to top up with fresh drinking water. Tho upside your close to the Gondola lift.

Decent facilities, nice new shower block albeit a little trek away. Washing up area and chemical waste disposal, along with drinking water tap. Showers could do with being cleaned more regularly. During both showers on two different days the same patch of mud was on the floor. Road had couple potholes, but nothing driving slowly wouldn't rectify. 1-3 other people here over the two nights I stayed so quiet. Gondolas closed first day but open second day. Selfie included from ontop. Minus 1 star for internet connectivity. Yes they claim to have WiFi but it doesn't reach anywhere near the park up (very left in photo) And 4/5g connectivity is basically null.

This is the facilities with the roof hanging off .There is no disabled facilities unless you can walk through a car park and over a bridge into the main facilities which check out the other people's reviews!!! They sound dreadful! Arrived through very bad crator potholes to find our space occupied by sômeone that hadn't even paid just like the ones next to us hadn't also Paid we know this as we had to drive back to reception and the member of staff met us at the carpark and told us this ! I înformed her what I thought and she said yes that's pretty much what everyone else says !

Peaceful overnight pitch but expensive. Showers are plentiful and hot but facilities are filthy. I suspect there may be a problem with the drains as there is quite a strong smell throughout the block. Don't expect the Arran soap as per the photographs. In fact handsoap in general seems to be hard to find in any of the toilets tried. The photos in this review are taken immediately after the block was cleaned. Corners not mopped properly, mouldy silicon, shower controls not cleaned, shower screens filthy. No handtowels in dispensers. Cleaning equipment dumped outside on the ground. For £38 per night it is not unreasonable to expect clean facilities. We left feeling sad that this place with a great outdoor vibe and facilities with such potential has been essentially left to deteriorate to such a state in the year since it was built.
