What visitors say
Had a trip to Speke Hall today with my cousins and I was totally amazed at the whole site. The main house is absolutely fantastic and I literally could have stayed there for hours and hours looking at all the amazing features and fittings. The Gardens are so well kept and very very very impressive with a good selection of huge mature trees and beautiful plants. Their were no discarded litter anywhere. Hats off to all the people who help run and maintain this masterpiece and god bless you all for doing such a fantastic job each and every one of you. Everywhere you look is pristine and help is always at hand if you need to ask questions. I have never been to a property like this before and only ever seen the likes of this type of building on the television so to see it up close was a real heartwarming experience that left me not wanting to leave as it was like saying goodbye to an old dear friend. Absolutely loved it and will remember this place for the rest of my life. Well done all for keeping it open to the public as I do realise that it must be extremely hard work to keep that place looking so pristine. What a an amazing mystical place.

Small wait to get in but it was the Easter egg hunt so lots of children queuing too. Beautiful old Tudor house, the gardens are ok but been to much nicer national trust ones. You can do a coastal walk from Speke hall down to the coast that is signposted which I loved.

We love Speke Hall. There's lots to explore for adults and children, our daughter loves the play area, maze and woodland trail. We especially enjoyed watching the Archery recently.
