What visitors say
We go every year to St Andrews and have been to the pool once and was a good experience. However, this year we decided to go again as the weather wasn’t too good and the sea is quite cold as expected. We checked the timetable so we wouldn’t waste our time going if it wasn’t open to the public, the time we went was supposed to be a public swimming session. When we went and asked to go in for a swim we were told that there was swimming lessons for the rest of the day. Which was quite annoying, timetable definitely needs updated as it also contradicted itself by saying that from 3:30-6:00 it was public swimming but from 3:30-8:00 it’s closed. We hadn’t realised that when we went. At least the woman at the front desk was quite pleasant.

Good staff, ran well but so so hot up the stairs. The air con is hardly doing anything and it’s like a green house. No phone signal at all and the WiFi is beyond terrible sadly. Not a hard fix at all and everyone else is in the same boat so be good if that got sorted.

Went for a family swim session on Sunday morning. Pool was about the same temperature as the north sea. The baby pool was colder than the main pool. Desk staff (Robert) was really friendly but the whole centre needs a full refurb, the flume to get fixed and some water heaters installed for the pool. Wouldn't rush back.

So I done love this place they have lots to offer from the pool, the gym, Exercise classes, swimming lessons plus the health suit with the steam room and jacuzzi. Its all good. The gym is small though so you do have to wait for equipment a lot but its a decently equipped gym for leasure centers. The staff are always very friendly and the service is always quick
