We stopped in for lunch, had food and drinks in the little sun trap of a beer garden out back. Food was outstanding, haggis balls, fish&chips and a burger, good sized portions at a reasonable price(for St Andrews). Service was quick and friendly. Great wee place just 10 minutes walk from East Sands. Cosy pub too. Highly recommend!

Nice welcome into the pub from the dogs and efficient room registration. I had reserved the wrong room (a double rather than a twin). The room was rearranged for us in 10 minutes. We were very appreciative. All round good accommodation.

Great service and very nice looking place. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food was really good and all freshly cooked and great quality. Will definitely return when in St Andrews again.

Excellent, clean, comfortable rooms above a tavern, only 15 minute easy walk to the main street and St Andrews golf course. Would definitely come back.
