About The Savoy Country Inn
An electric vehicle charge point in the car park is a small but telling sign of how The Savoy Country Inn keeps up with modern travellers, while still functioning as a proper Welsh country pub-hotel on Tenby Road in St Clears, Carmarthenshire. Free on-site parking makes it an easy stop for drivers, and the 24 hour reception means arrival times are flexible.
Rooms are en-suite and family rooms are available, so the inn suits couples and those travelling with children alike, with kids meals offered alongside the main restaurant menu. Breakfast is served each morning, and there's a bar for evening drinks, plus the option of drinks brought to the room. Outside, a garden and outdoor seating area give guests somewhere to sit beyond the four walls of the bar and restaurant.
St Clears itself has a pub, bar and further restaurants nearby, useful for anyone wanting a change of scene, and the Gwili Railway gives visitors a proper local outing within reach, with Whitland also a short distance away for those exploring further into Carmarthenshire.
