Beautiful B&B in a great location and Lynn was so friendly and gave us lots of useful information including a great list of restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was yummy and done in a way that reduced unnecessary waste. Would definitely book again.

One of the best B&B we have stayed in. We stayed for 5 nights in room 2. Perfect size room, everything that you needed. Clean, fresh looking room, comfy bed, and crisp white linen and towels. Access to bottled water and fresh milk, brilliant idea rather than battling the taps to fill up kettle. Breakfast was amazing, good variety, and good quality produce. Parking spot a bonus Lynn was lovely, nothing too much trouble, friendly welcoming. Definitely would book again

Had a wonderful stay in Room 3 with a stunning view! Lynn was the perfect host and the breakfast was delicious! Perfect location for exploring St Ives and the free car parking on site was a real bonus. Thank you Lynn for a wonderful stay 🙂

This B&B was perfect. The room was big, nicely decorated and clean with a great view. The location was perfect for St Ives as well as a base for seeing Cornwall. The breakfast was really yummy and Lynn was a great host. 100% recommend staying here!
