Bo Nan Taigh Cottage comes ready for immediate use. Electricity, heating via air source heat pump, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, so there's nothing to arrange on arrival. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine—everything needed to cook properly rather than make do. The single bedroom contains a double bed; the living room has a sofa bed that doubles as extra sleeping space. One bathroom serves the cottage, fitted with a bath and overhead shower. A wood-burning stove and smart TV are also available. Two parking spaces sit on the property itself.

Ground floor throughout means no stairs to navigate. The cottage overlooks an enclosed garden and wildlife pond, with views towards surrounding woodland. It sits on the edge of Aberfoyle, within the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park boundaries. Aberfoyle's pubs, restaurants and shops are a ten-minute walk away. The location puts you within reach of the Trossachs for walking and cycling, with Stirling thirty minutes' drive south. One well-behaved pet is welcome. No smoking inside.
