About Trossachs Holiday Park
Trossachs Holiday Park sits at Gartmore on the southern edge of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, around seven miles from Callander, making it a practical base for touring both the Trossachs and the eastern shore of Loch Lomond. Part of the Horizon Holiday Parks group, it combines a large holiday home and lodge estate with a dedicated area for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents, so visitors travelling under canvas aren't an afterthought on a site built primarily for static homes.
Touring pitches come with electric hookup, and the amenity block provides showers and toilets to the standard expected of an established site. The flat, easy walking around the park's own grounds suits families with young children or anyone travelling with a dog that needs regular short walks rather than hill terrain. The Trossachs Explorer bus service passes close by, giving car-free access into Aberfoyle and on toward Loch Katrine and the Trossachs Trail, while classic short walks including Ben A'an and Ben Lomond lie within quick reach.

What visitors say
We just had the loveliest stayat Trossach's holiday park. Check-in was fast and friendly and our static (Beckwood with hot tub), was immaculate and had everything in it that we needed. The site is lovely & well maintained and in a great location with lots of dog walks and things to do. Lots of pubs & places nearby are also dog friendly. We ate at The Faerie Tree Inn and the food was excellent. We'd highly recommend Trossach's holiday park and will return in the future.

Just left after spending 4 nights here, all the staff are lovely and friendly. The caravan was spotless, had everything we needed. The hot tube was brilliant. Our wee dog loved it. Would highly recommend, will definitely be back. Thanks for a great holiday 😀

just got back after a 4 day stay ! and i already wish we were back, we had a hot tub which was a lovely addition! Lovely location and surrounded by beautiful scenery with roads going to all places you want to go! Our one complaint would be the actual position of our lodge, wish the hot tub looked out over the scenery more than where it is positioned! but overall 10/10! allowed our cat too !!

Absolutely fantastic place. We were arguably lucky to get to stay in a brand new static caravan, but I could see they had quite a few of them, so I dont think it would be unusual to get similar. Lovely quality bedding, really well laid out accomodation with modern fixtures and fittings. Honestly up there with top two caravans I've ever stayed in. Our caravan was at the back of the park so had nothing behind other than a beautiful woodland ( which offered a short walk to a secluded bench). There were other longer dog walks to be hand branching out of the park as well. There is also a nice little kids play park in the camping section, which is suitable for perhaps the under 10s. Well located at the foot of the Highlands, easy to get to Stirling, Glasgow and Loch Lomond. The staff were really friendly and I struggle to find fault .
