What visitors say
The gym is small but well varied. The rooms are fit for purpose of the classes. Not enough verity of classes, nor are they on often enough so they are always full. The upstairs changing rooms are nice. Not full accessible though, which is sad as the mobility and gp referral classes are upstairs.

Amazing experience! Went there for the baby pool and very impressed. Was kind of cold but we got used to it after a while, I would recommend making the baby pool warmer though! Kids enjoyed it and my youngest cried when we had to leave, shows how much she liked the pool! Got a quick snack for the kids and left, some staff have a little attitude though. But 100% coming back as my oldest wanted the slide but we weren’t aware there was one (my husband who has very bad eyesight booked). But overall good experience but needs improvement, if you’re looking for a small enjoyable day out with kids I recommend it (but if they don’t like the cold maybe not the best place). 💗

No not a happy experience at this place for reasons I was asked if I had paid for both pools I thought what the hell it was busy in the junior pool so I went to the main pool to do a few widths a member of staff asked I had paid for both... Secondly I witnessed a member of staff with a bucket and mop proceeded to get water from the junior/baby pool and proceeded to enter the men's toilet, to I presume to wash the floors and after five minutes came out to get more water from the pool and go back, how bloody disgusting is that surely there is a water tap that he could have filled the bucket from. That's the last time I will come to this leisure centre..

I visited on a Friday AM on my holidays in April 2026. Far too small and too busy to do any proper lane swimming sessions. Fully booked and lane booking system and times strictly enforced for guests.
