About Towers Hotel & Spa

Jersey Marine, on the edge of Swansea, is the setting for Towers Hotel & Spa, a coastal spot with the countryside of Dare Valley Country Park within reach and Briton Ferry a short drive away. The hotel makes the most of its location with a garden and outdoor seating area alongside its indoor facilities.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and generously sized, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and free WiFi, with accessible rooms also available. The spa is a particular strength, built around a warm, well-kept swimming pool, and there's a gym on site for those who want to keep up a routine while away. The restaurant serves a hearty breakfast alongside other meals, with a bar, room service and packed lunches available too.

Beyond the hotel, guests can find golf and fishing nearby, along with pubs, restaurants and entertainment in the surrounding area. The hotel also caters for weddings, with a bridal suite and meeting rooms for business use. Staff are generally friendly and attentive, though a small number of visits have noted lapses in professionalism. Free on-site parking is provided throughout your stay.

We came here for a hen party. The staff were friendly and accommodating, Nice food and services . Friendly staff all round and decent prices , rooms were a little dirty and stained in places but it fitted our needs. Brilliant tribute act. Everything was accessible and easy to get to. Trying to find prices online for drinks and food was impossible hence the pictures of price lists for future reference for others to see affordability. If you’re looking for a quick getaway and a laugh this is the place to go. The tribute act was really good and we all had a blast. We would definitely come again. The spa was nice but didn’t provide slippers so bring your own sliders or slippers for the pool. They do provide a towel but that’s it so if you like a robe and slippers bring your own.

After spending a fantastic day at Swansea Arena for our son's graduation we had booked the restaurant at the hotel. We pre ordered our food a few days before and delivered a graduation cake and some decorations for the table the morning of the graduation. On our arrival our table was ready, beautifully decorated. After having a few drinks on the patio we were seated in the restaurant. Food was served promptly and was amazing. No complaints off anyone. We had a few photos take outside by the tower which have been posted on their socials. Thank you to the staff we throughly enjoyed ourselves celebrating with you.

Staff were great unfortunately it not very relaxing for a spa . Pool was full of a loud group jumping in splashing eachother shouting etc felt like I was in butlins to be honest left after about 20 minutes. Rooms clean and tidy with a lovely view very specious , tea coffee in room large tv is allways a bonus. Service at the restaurant was fantastic the food however did not match it . Mussels were good but the main meal was burnt had t bone just tasted of charcoal was extremely dry chips were brusied black spots all over them on the upside side the breakfast was great lovely choice of food and full English was spot on . Great venue though beautiful lovely grounds and plenty of place to sit in the sun

Location is good, nice view. Staff is friendly. The food was not very good. Breakfast consisted of tinned tomatoes, instead of fried tomatoes and centipede in mushrooms which was disgusting. The room were cleaned every day - no issue with this, but there were constant and strong urine smell coming from the toilet itself. I reported this to the reception, the bathroom was cleaned as requested but the urine smell did not disappear and it got even worse. I assume there is something wrong with the toilet system itself but the bathroom floor, around toilet bowl and bath did not look very tidy. I had to buy domestos bleach to poor into the toilet to get rid of the disgusting smell. I wont be back there again.
