Marina Escape

Marina Escape is a modern four-bedroom house on three floors, a short distance from Swansea and the Welsh coastline. Bedrooms include a single and three doubles, with two bathrooms across the property, sleeping up to seven guests. The ground floor has a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and other essentials for cooking, plus a separate toilet. Upstairs, a living room with Freeview TV opens onto further bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for younger children.

The house sits close enough to Swansea Bay for a walk along the shore, and to Swansea Marina. Mumbles, a coastal village with restaurants and shops, is a short drive. The Gower Peninsula—an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty known for beaches such as Llangenith and Rhossili—is also accessible by car. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. There is parking for two cars on site, and a bike store. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property is non-smoking.
