About Holly Bush Park
A simple couple of minutes' amble (or totter) to the local pub is just one of the charms of Holly Bush Park, a small and secluded site tucked into the Blackdown Hills. This peaceful spot six miles south of Taunton sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with Forestry Commission woods directly opposite and countryside walks threading out in all directions. The Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis and Charmouth is under 35 minutes away, while closer diversions include golf, horse riding and fishing within a couple of miles.
Spread over two and a half acres with plenty of green space for kids to roam, the site is acclaimed for its well-kept facilities – separate ladies' and gents' showers with free hot water, washing-up area and laundry room. There's a range of pitches from backpacker spots to motorhome plots, though electric hook-ups aren't available. Calor gas is sold on site, and the overall setup strikes a lovely balance between remote tranquillity and easy access to Somerset and Devon's best bits.

Bought a very good touring caravan. Best price we found on searching everywhere and better condition than any of the other ones we looked at for our budget. Mathew was brilliant and dealing with him and Paul was really good, nice people genuine guys. Its so tranquil here .. Amazing walks Beautiful scenery The on site fertility are excellent With a washer and dryer .. and showers u dont have to keep pushing the button to get water .. People are lovely and very helpful .. all in all a great stop to pitch

Don't bother. Toilets ancient and mouldy. Shower cubicles straight from a prison. Various touring vans in poor condition dotted around. Pile of old wheels next to dumped vans. Random people walking around campsite at all hours of the night.The lower field was like a travellers camp site unkempt and cars in and out all the time. Caravan sales increases the traffic all day and the whole site needs a revamp. And the wooden bench provided was rotten with exposed screws sticking out. Don't know where the other reviewers were staying or have stayed if they think it is a good site.....Just Dreadfully Poor...

A good spot for a short overnight stopover. Reasonably level gravel pitches with free ehu, showers, toilets and waste disposal on site. Pub is a very short walk away with good food. Only giving 4 stars as the road is very busy with fast traffic and no pavement. Met by a friendly host who showed me to a nice pitch and pointed out the amenities and dog walk area. He even helped when our fridge decided not to work but thankfully just a question of a reset.
