311 Driftwood is a ground-floor chalet sleeping four within Welcome Family Holiday Park, on the edge of Dawlish Warren. Two bedrooms—one double, one twin—share a bathroom with bath and shower. The open-plan living space has a kitchen equipped for self-catering, a dining area and freeview television. Bed linen and towels are provided; heating and wi-fi are included. A patio with garden furniture faces south across the park's lawns.

The holiday park itself runs a swimming pool (small fee applies), bar, restaurant and entertainment from Easter through October. Dawlish Warren beach is a flat 500-metre walk away. The wider area puts you within reach of Exeter, Torbay and Dartmoor, along with castles, gardens, cycling routes and nature reserves. The train station is 300 metres off. No smoking inside the property.
