Beaches

Beaches is a two-bedroom chalet sleeping four on the northern edge of Welcome Holiday Park, a few minutes' walk from Dawlish Warren's sandy beach. The whole property is yours alone, with ground-floor living that combines the kitchen, dining and seating areas in one open space. Bedroom one has two single beds; bedroom two has a double. There's a shower room with cubicle shower and heated towel rail. Electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, and the heating is electric throughout.

Outside, you have a private patio with garden furniture. Parking for two cars is on site. The wider park offers swimming pools, a bar, restaurant and entertainment (available Easter to late October for a small fee). Dawlish Warren sits on the south Devon coast near Exeter, with the Exe estuary close by and easy reach of Dartmoor, Torbay, coastal walks and countryside attractions. The train station is 300 metres away. No smoking in the property.
