Dawlish Warren sits on Devon's south coast where the River Exe meets the sea, close enough to Exeter, Torbay and Dartmoor for day trips, yet quiet enough for a proper break. The beach is a flat 500-metre walk away. Sunny View is a ground-floor chalet within Welcome Family Holiday Park, sleeping four across two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two singles.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and seating areas, with an electric oven and hob for self-catering. A walk-in shower room completes the layout. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. Two cars can park on site. You have your own patio with seating; shared grounds with lawns and gardens run through the park. The park itself has swimming pools, a bar, restaurant and entertainment (available for a small fee, Easter to end of October). No smoking inside the chalet.
