The house sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize on the ground floor with ensuite shower, a double on the first floor, and two singles. A separate bathroom with bath and shower serves the other bedrooms, and there is an additional toilet. The ground floor has a living room with a 55-inch TV, games and books, plus a kitchen-dining space equipped for cooking. Laundry facilities and heating are included; Wi-Fi is available throughout. Front and rear garden spaces offer outdoor seating.

This is somewhere to walk the estuary, take the scenic ferry crossing, or explore Teignmouth's seafront and pier. Exeter, with its cathedral and canal-side antique quarter, is a short drive inland. The property has parking for one car and an electric charging point. No smoking inside.
