Dating from the mid-1800s, The Old Toll House is a three-storey Victorian property in the coastal village of Shaldon. It's been fitted out to sleep eight guests across three bedrooms and comes with off-road parking and a private courtyard garden—both practical advantages in a village where space is tight.
The ground floor contains the kitchen, dining room and utility area. Upstairs on the first floor you'll find a living room with a smart TV, a kingsize bedroom and a separate toilet. The second floor holds the bathroom, a double bedroom, and a twin room that works well for children or friends sharing. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly—a gas hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave—while heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included. The place comes with travel cots, highchairs and stairgates if you're bringing young children.
Shaldon is a working seaside village with its own beach and local restaurants within walking distance. The property does not permit smoking.
