The property gives you two bedrooms—one with twin singles, one with a double—each with its own bathroom, plus a woodburner in the living room and a full kitchen with dishwasher. Everything essential is included: heating, linen, towels and wifi, plus logs for the stove. A welcome pack arrives on check-in.
The grounds are shared with other properties on the 32-acre site, which includes a natural games room (pool table, snooker, table tennis and table football), an indoor heated swimming pool open 8am to 8pm, and a children's play area. Your own enclosed garden has seating and a barbecue. Parking is for two cars, and there's a bike store. The farm sits near Old Walls Vineyard and overlooks Dartmoor. Be aware there is an unfenced pond and stream 30 yards from the cottage, and the water supply comes from a spring. Smoking is not permitted.
