The building itself has genuine character—exposed stone and period features sit alongside modern comforts, while from the upper floors you get views across towards Dartmoor. A wood-burning stove in the sitting room, electric heating throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave mean you can cook what you want without fuss.

The property comes with its own enclosed patio and barbecue. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included; logs for the burner are provided too. What really sets it apart is access to the 32-acre grounds—woodland to walk through, a heated indoor swimming pool open from 8am to 8pm, a games room with pool table and air hockey, and a children's playground. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available if you need them. The farm is working land with a pond and stream in the grounds (about 30 yards away), so it feels genuinely rural.
